The Mississippi Valley Amateur Radio Association (MVARA) is a small, but active, group of ham operators in the La Crosse, Wisconsin area.  We meet once per month, usually at the QTH of Craig N9ETD.  We also try to get together for breakfast once per month.  Please see our Event Calendar for upcoming meeting and breakfast dates.

Tone Access 131.8 has been added to the 147.090 Repeater

  

147.090 & 444.600 Repeaters

...are privately owned but are free and on the air for use by all hams. The 147.090 repeater now has talking temp. on the half hour.

   

15 Meter Net:

Open to all hams Wednesday evenings 7pm on 21.320 USB.

MVARA uses the 147.090 and the 444.60 Repeaters in La Crosse, WI. We have added 131.8 hz tone access to the 147.090 repeater. The two repeaters are owned by some of the MVARA members and are open for all licensed hams to operate.
